The Human Resources department at PWI is dedicated in partnering with management to recruit and retain a highly qualified diverse staff; facilitate positive employee relations; develop and promote a culture of safety & well-being; train to enhance employee skills, performance and job satisfaction. Essential Functions: Participate in the Premium Waters businesses as an HR business partner to the local plant as well as the corporate office in areas such as: talent acquisition and retention, safety, health and wellness, employee engagement and development. The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and skill/leadership development within the company. Talent Acquisition: Create better visibility to current and potential candidates and have the ability to preserve the information create local partnerships and development opportunities to lessen the impact of talent shortages nationwide. Development: Identify & develop technical training strategic to PWI. Provide coaching and guidance to managers. Compensation & Benefits: With Sr. Leadership, develop a compensation plan & select benefits that are consistent with the objectives of Premium Waters. Engagement: With management, help create a workplace where employees have the ability to reach their potential while working in an environment that they feel is challenging, rewarding, and positive. Health & Safety: Provide a safe and healthful working environment for our employees, and to protect them, the public and our customers from injury or illness resulting from our operations.
