This includes the essential functions of client service, business development, and team and office management. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 8 years' experience in public accounting or a related field is required, with a preference for those with a focus on accounting and tax. The role demands a candidate with an active Certified Public Accountant License and proficiency in various accounting and business software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting and tax standards, regulations, and best practices, and possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
