About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Lending Officer (CLO) to join its executive team. The CLO will be responsible for leading the growth, performance, and innovation of the company's lending divisions, including consumer, business, residential, and card lending. This strategic role involves overseeing the full lending lifecycle, driving portfolio growth, and digital transformation, and ensuring strong credit quality, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate for this position is a results-oriented executive with deep lending expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in leveraging modern technologies, such as AI and advanced analytics. The CLO will also be tasked with building high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and aligning lending strategies with the company's mission. Candidates for the CLO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and 10-15 years of progressive lending experience, including senior leadership in a credit union or similar financial institution. Experience in a credit union of comparable or larger asset size is preferred. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving lending portfolio growth and digital transformation. Strong leadership skills, a results-oriented approach, and a deep understanding of modern lending technologies are essential.
