About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for People Technology to lead the transformation of its global workforce systems. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for defining and delivering the global strategy, performance, and innovation behind the tools that support the People & Culture teams and the entire workforce. This high-impact role involves overseeing a global function, owning the technology vision, and defining the AI strategy for HR. The VP will be expected to partner with senior HR and business leaders, drive governance and accountability, and ensure operational excellence in the HRIS ecosystem. A key focus is on championing innovation, particularly in the adoption of Generative AI, and developing top talent with a culture of AI-first thinking. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years of experience in HR technology leadership, and a proven track record in leading global teams. Deep expertise in Workday and its ecosystem, as well as experience in deploying AI or ML-driven solutions within HR tech stacks, is essential. The role requires a strong grasp of HR processes, data governance, system architecture, and compliance, as well as exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and innovation, with a passion for creating systems that empower people to do their best work. Experience in large-scale HRIS transformations and a focus on driving operational rigor in complex, global environments are also key requirements.
