About the Role

The Managing Director will also be tasked with developing and implementing creative financial strategies, managing the team budget, and engaging in fundraising efforts. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in the financial sector. Global experience and a strong network within the finance ecosystem are essential. The role demands a leader with executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in the NGO sector is a bonus, but not required, provided the candidate is adaptable and mission-aligned. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in sustainable finance, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, and a proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible messages for financial decision-makers.
