About the Role
The Company is seeking an inaugural Chief of Regional Impact (CRI) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The CRI will be responsible for managing Regional Superintendents, partnering with them to support and hold regional Executive Directors accountable, and overseeing the national Executive Director pipeline program. This leadership position is focused on ensuring the highest level of performance and accountability in delivering academic and postsecondary outcomes for students. The successful candidate will be a clear thinker, decisive operator, and a credible presence with senior stakeholders, including regional boards. A deep commitment to the mission and students, self-awareness, and a proven track record in team and stakeholder management are essential. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Regional Impact role at the company will be outcomes-accountable, with a strong emphasis on leadership development, performance management, and change management. While it is preferred that the leader be based out of a KIPP Foundation office in NYC or Chicago, the role offers the option of full-time remote work. The CRI will work closely with the Chief Schools Officer to operationalize the vision of regional excellence and must be capable of translating this vision into effective systems and expectations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a network of schools and make a significant impact on the education and future of the students and communities served.
