About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Accounting Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving business development, and expanding strategic relationships with both public and private company clients. This role is pivotal in serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams on a range of complex accounting, financial reporting, transaction, and business transformation matters. The Managing Director will also be instrumental in growing the practice, leading large-scale client engagements, mentoring teams, and developing long-term client partnerships. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 14 years' experience in accounting, advisory, consulting, or public accounting is required, with a preference for those with a background in a Big 4 firm. The role demands deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and technical accounting matters, as well as a proven track record in business development and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing executive-level client relationships, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead large teams and complex engagements. Responsibilities also include providing technical guidance, overseeing engagement processes, and supporting practice development initiatives.
