About the Role

Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional credential preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in health plan analytics. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in areas such as HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and CAHPS, as well as experience in claims analytics, total cost of care reporting, and provider network strategy. Strong skills in data governance, master data management, and data quality assurance are essential, as is the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong partnership orientation with IT, finance, operations, and clinical leadership, and a commitment to the values of integrity, stewardship, and continuous improvement.
