About the Role

A Bachelor's degree is required, and a fundraising certification or related Master's degree is preferred. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, the ability to manage a complex donor portfolio, and experience in setting and executing fundraising strategies across multiple markets.
