About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Accounting Transformation to lead and drive innovative and operationally excellent initiatives in fund accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that enhance data integrity, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing fund accounting operations to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy, as well as managing relationships with external auditors and third-party administrators. The Head of Accounting Transformation will also be instrumental in contributing to strategic initiatives, such as system integrations and fund launches, and will be expected to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in fund accounting or similar roles. The role requires a candidate with proven leadership skills, a comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance, and experience with accounting systems such as Geneva. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a background in automation and workflow optimization are highly desirable. The Head of Accounting Transformation will be expected to mentor a high-performing team, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team leadership.
