About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enterprise Platforms Strategy to lead the strategic direction, architecture, and long-term evolution of its enterprise platform ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that platforms and integrations are in line with the organization's strategy and scalability goals, particularly across global operations. This executive role is pivotal in translating organizational priorities into platform strategy and maintaining the cohesive evolution of business-critical systems. The VP will serve as the executive steward of the CRM/AMS ecosystem, enterprise integrations, and related digital platforms, with a focus on strategy, governance, and architecture rather than day-to-day technical operations. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of experience in leading enterprise platforms, CRM ecosystems, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of CRM/AMS ecosystems, enterprise integrations, APIs, and SaaS platform architecture, as well as a proven track record in aligning enterprise systems with organizational strategy and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a global association, nonprofit, or membership-driven organization, and be adept at partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams in collaborative environments. Professional certifications in relevant areas and familiarity with marketing automation, digital engagement, and enterprise integration environments are also preferred.
