About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, MarTech Strategy and Solutions with a strong background in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and marketing technology within the life sciences industry. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technology partner, shaping MarTech technology strategy, defining scalable solution architecture, and guiding technology direction across complex digital transformation engagements. This role requires a strategic, client-focused individual who can translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies, enterprise roadmaps, and implementation plans. The VP will be a trusted advisor, partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure that technology investments deliver measurable business value. A key focus is on identifying and operationalizing AI and emerging technology opportunities to accelerate business outcomes. Applicants should have at least 10 years' of experience in the relevant fields, with a minimum of 5 years' in a digital-first delivery agency or consultancy. Deep expertise in MarTech architecture, AWS cloud services, APIs, systems integration, and modern application development is essential. The role demands experience in designing scalable cloud-native architectures, implementing AI-enabled solutions, and evaluating and integrating MarTech platforms. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with hands-on execution capability, comfortable in both technical and executive environments, and have a proven track record of leading technical strategies and implementations within the life sciences. The VP will also be responsible for supporting business development, shaping technology strategies for proposals, and building trusted executive relationships with strategic accounts.
