About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Student Engagement and Student Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and administrative oversight of various student engagement and success initiatives, including the student center, student involvement, and strategic programs that promote inclusive and vibrant student experiences. This role involves ensuring alignment with the university's mission and strategic priorities, overseeing programming, student development, facility management, and budget administration. The Executive Director will also be involved in program development, assessment, and education, and will serve as a key advisor for the student government. Applicants must have a Master's degree or equivalent, with a preference for a Ph.D. or equivalent, and 8-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a high level of collaboration, strategic planning, and excellent change management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student services, advanced communication skills, and the ability to manage talent and build supportive teams. Responsibilities also include serving on university-wide committees, providing on-call support for student engagement-related emergencies, and leading efforts to continuously improve and expand key initiatives. The Executive Director will be expected to work closely with campus partners, uphold university policies, and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance student engagement and success.
