About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Development to lead and coordinate a comprehensive range of fundraising strategies and activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the museum's fundraising, including campaign fundraising, board of directors fundraising, individual major gifts, annual fundraising, corporate and government engagement, and donor communications. This role is pivotal in advancing the mission of the museum, which is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the histories and cultures of LGBTQ+ communities. The Chief of Development will work with a team of full-time staff and consultants to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the institution.
