Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a proven track record in senior marketing roles, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in customer-centric, multi-unit environments. The CMO will be expected to have a strong background in digital and social marketing, as well as experience with marketing automation and CRM software. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is highly preferred.
