About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Med Practice for Women and Children programs. This senior provider leader will have system-level accountability for clinical quality, safety, high-value patient experience, operational performance, and strategic execution. The role involves partnering with administrative and operational leaders to define and ensure the execution of vision, strategic direction, and system priorities. The successful candidate will lead complex change initiatives, advance value-based care, and support financial stewardship. A strong commitment to patient-centered, equitable care is essential, as is the ability to foster an inclusive, ethical, and psychologically safe environment for patients, families, and staff. Applicants must have an MD/DO with residency in an approved AMA specialty or be an APP with relevant licenses and certifications. The role demands a leader who can promote a culture of safety, engage in the development and retention of physicians and APPs, and drive improvement in patient flow, staffing models, and revenue cycle performance. The VP Med Practice will also be responsible for strategic growth initiatives, budget management, and ensuring effective communication of organizational priorities. The position is pivotal in leading and supporting process improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, operational effectiveness, and care outcomes.
