Key responsibilities include leading the organizational integration, serving as the enterprise center of excellence, and driving the pull-through of scientific strategies into digital channel execution. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of scientific storytelling, digital engagement strategies, and a proven track record of scaling innovation, including AI and data-driven models, within a medical or commercial pharmaceutical context. Applicants for this role at the company should hold an advanced degree in life sciences or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including a minimum of 5 years in medical communications and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific narrative development, extensive knowledge of external scientific communications, and deep expertise in digital engagement strategies. Proven people-leadership experience, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.
