The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical practice management of a large and diverse team of physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and the company's mission. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of clinical programs, evidence-based protocols, and integrated care networks, as well as fostering collaboration among various healthcare entities. The role also involves supporting provider compensation strategies, integration, contract management, and service line expansion, while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in managing large, multispecialty practices, with over 10 years of experience in the medical field and significant leadership experience. A history of strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and handle complex, long-term projects. The candidate should possess a solid record of effective physician relations and be adept at leading transformational change. An advanced business or related degree is preferred, along with board certification in surgery or medicine and a current physician license or eligibility for licensure in the state of New York.
