The Company is in search of a Vice President for Finance Technology, Strategy, and Innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a multi-year finance systems roadmap, driving AI and intelligent automation use cases, and ensuring the alignment of finance technology decisions with the broader platform strategy. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary technology partner to the CFO organization, leading a high-performing global team, and managing all finance technology vendor relationships. The role demands a leader with a strong background in finance domain fluency, enterprise technology, AI-enabled innovation, and global operating experience. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience. A minimum of 5 years in senior finance technology or ERP leadership roles at a global enterprise scale is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex finance technology transformation programs, managing finance technology platforms across multiple geographies, and driving AI adoption within finance functions. Strong financial acumen, experience in managing multi-million-dollar technology budgets, and the ability to influence CFO-level and C-suite stakeholders are essential. The role also requires a leader with a strong understanding of financial processes, SOX compliance, and the ability to manage and influence in a highly matrixed global organization.
