This is a key role within the midmarket enterprise sales team, with a primary focus on hunting for new business in specific target industries and channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting enterprise-scale managed services deals, including multi-year engagements. The role demands a high level of performance and is supported by a responsive presales and solution architecture team to facilitate rapid solutioning and deal execution. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in selling complex IT solutions to midmarket enterprises and private equity channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure and security stacks, as well as deep experience in selling modern MSP services. This includes 24x7 service desk and end-user support, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, network and connectivity, and digital workplace solutions. The role requires the ability to build and manage executive relationships with CIO, CTO, and CISO stakeholders to drive new logo, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
