About the Role

The Company is seeking a Wealth Management Field Recruiting Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the talent acquisition process, with a strong focus on recruiting for the Field Service organization, including Field Management and the Club Concierge Program for the largest Financial Advisors. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between recruiting and business partners, overseeing the hiring needs, and working closely with RPO recruiters and business COOs to execute hiring strategies. The role also involves managing the RPO team, developing reporting, and communicating with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, highly autonomous, and possess a go-getter attitude, with the ability to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the recruiting process. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' of experience in recruiting, HR, or relevant Wealth Management experience. A strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in recruiting and stakeholder management, is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, the ability to manage RPO teams, and a proven track record of developing and implementing recruiting strategies. The company values diversity and inclusion, and the role will also involve partnering with DE&I and business partners to build a diverse talent pipeline. The candidate should be adept at managing ad hoc business analytics and reporting, and be proactive in seeking efficiencies in the hiring process.
