About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial and Business Officer (CFBO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFBO will be a strategic, hands-on executive responsible for the financial health, operational excellence, and infrastructure stewardship of the organization. This includes overseeing accounting and finance, operations, human resources, facilities, risk management, and related administrative functions to ensure long-term sustainability, organizational effectiveness, and mission alignment. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, Board, and executive team, helping to define the organization's vision and strategy, and will be expected to embody servant leadership, with a strong commitment to the mission and the ability to forge collaborative relationships. Applicants for the CFBO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading business growth and development within a complex, multi-stakeholder organization. The role requires a candidate with strong financial skills, a background in transparent reporting, and the ability to inspire a culture of financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and demonstrate exceptional people-management and interpersonal leadership abilities. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, administration, operations, IT and risk management, financial and accounting oversight, and human resources management. The CFBO will also be involved in facilities management and will be expected to have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to problem-solving and a coaching approach to staff development.
