The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO) to lead its enterprise-wide marketing, communications, and branding strategy. The CMCO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the organization's perception among various stakeholders, including patients, members, families, caregivers, employees, and the public. This role involves overseeing integrated marketing activities such as branding, advertising, internal and external communications, social media, public relations, and crisis management. The successful candidate will also serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving consumer engagement and growth across a diverse portfolio of services. Candidates for the CMCO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications. Executive or senior leadership experience in highly regulated environments, particularly in health care or not-for-profit organizations, is essential.
