Medical Aesthetician

Binhlam Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our dermatologist-led luxury aesthetic practice. This opportunity is designed for an aesthetic professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, producing outstanding clinical outcomes, and building lasting patient relationships.

Required Experience:

Candidates must be licensed as an aesthetician in TN and must have 3-5 years of experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a medical practice or physician-supervised medical spa.

Hands-on experience with the following technologies is required:

• CoolSculpting® or CoolSculpting® Elite
• BBL® (BroadBand Light) or similar IPL
• Ultherapy® or Ultherapy® PRIME
• Clear + Brilliant®
• Laser Hair Removal using Candela® laser systems
• Microneedling with RF

Experience performing comprehensive skin consultations, creating customized treatment plans, and recommending professional skincare is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Perform advanced energy-based aesthetic treatments safely and confidently.
• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance.
• Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships that foster trust and retention.
• Generate new business through exceptional patient care, referrals, networking, and professional self-promotion.
• Partner with the dermatologist and practice team to deliver an elevated luxury patient experience.
• Participate in practice marketing initiatives, educational events, and social media content when appropriate.
• Consistently achieve individual production and retail goals.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, patient privacy, and clinical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing clientele
• Advanced laser and/or other energy device certifications
• Experience with medical-grade skincare product sales
• Strong social media presence & willingness to help build the practices' brand.

Schedule

Full-Time (Approximately 38 Hours per Week)

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday (approximately one per month): 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
