Sonic Loans is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Loan Officer to specialize in refinance opportunities. This role is built for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment and knows how to convert conversations into closed loans.

You will handle both inbound and outbound calls with homeowners across multiple states, identifying refinance opportunities, structuring solutions, and guiding clients through a streamlined process from initial contact to application.

This is not a passive role. Success here comes from urgency, consistency, and the ability to confidently lead clients to a better financial outcome.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into funded loans
• Analyze borrower scenarios and recommend refinance solutions (rate/term, cash-out, debt consolidation, etc.)
• Structure deals
• Collect and review documentation (income, assets, credit)
• Manage the pipeline through closing
• Follow up relentlessly with prospects and leads
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Proven experience in mortgage sales or refinance call environments
• Strong phone presence and ability to control a conversation
• High sense of urgency and competitive drive
• Ability to overcome objections and close decisively
• Organized and capable of managing a high-volume pipeline
• Comfortable working in-office in Dearborn, MI
