Hospice Aide, (CNA) Full-Time Sign On Bonus Available! Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding AreasAt Emmanuel Hospice, we understand the value of flexibility, adaptability, and compassionate care. As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)- Full time you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care across a variety of settings, supporting patients and families wherever they call home. This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.Key Responsibilities:Float across homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed.Work a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.Deliver hands-on personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.Collaborate with a flexible and supportive CNA team, stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume.Qualifications:Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the State of Michigan.Reliable transportation to travel between patient locations.Previous CNA experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred.Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a heart for compassionate care.Benefits:Competitive pay up to $24/hourMileage reimbursement at the federal rateGenerous PTO package403(b) retirement plan with employer matchMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage starting Day 1Employer-paid Life and Short-Term DisabilitySelf-care coaching and Employee Assistance ProgramTechnology provided as needed (laptop/iPad, cell phone)Our Commitment:Emmanuel Hospice is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
