About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Manufacturer and Specialty Network Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the expansion and management of its external partner ecosystem. This senior leadership position is focused on three key areas: building and scaling relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and specialty infusion providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the commercial model, including GPO enrollment, distribution economics, and manufacturer terms, to ensure the most cost-effective and value-driven approach for the company and its partners. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of specialty infusion and distribution economics, as well as the ability to manage a small, high-leverage team. Key responsibilities for the VP include developing and executing the acquisition cost and value model strategy, managing a portfolio of manufacturer relationships, and leading the growth and oversight of the specialty network. The role demands a professional with at least 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical market access, specialty pharmacy, distribution, PBM, GPO, health plan, or specialty provider operations, and a proven track record in managing external partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial model thinking, be adept at translating strategy into value propositions, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in a related industry, such as a specialty pharmacy, wholesaler, infusion provider network, PBM, or integrated care company, is preferred. The role is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry and contribute to the company's mission of redefining specialty care.
