        • Support the Urology surgeon with evaluating and treating urologic conditions
        • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, assessments, and documentation
        • Develop and implement treatment and care plans for patients
        • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
        • Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
        • Provide patient and family education about diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
        • Manage post-operative and follow-up care, coordinating with physicians and clinical staffWhat You Need
          Required
          • Nurse Practitioner licensure
          • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
          • Ability to practice under a supervising physician in a physician office setting
          • Comfort working around potential exposure to blood/body fluids and following universal precautions and OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards
            Preferred
            • Experience in urology or support of surgical/office-based clinical workflows (if applicable)About the Assignment
              Work in a physician office setting as part of a collaborative Urology practice in Brattleboro, Vermont, providing evaluation, treatment, and long-term management of patients with urologic conditions. You'll work alongside a clinical team supported by LPNs/medical assistants and clerical staff, with a daytime, full-time schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements.
