About This Position

This position is at a medical facility in various locations, including: Charlotte, NC (28277, 28207, 28262); Concord, NC (28025); Fort Mill, SC (29715); and Huntersville, NC (28078). The facility requires security officers to maintain a professional presence while helping protect employees, visitors, customers, assets, equipment, and/or property.

Every client and assignment is different, and we believe applicants should understand the work environment before applying. Some positions involve frequent interaction with employees, visitors, customers, or residents throughout the day, while others are better suited for officers who prefer working independently with limited public contact. Our goal is to match the right officer with the right assignment whenever possible, creating a positive experience for both our employees and our clients.

Officers assigned to this location should expect to:

• Conduct foot patrols of the assigned property.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and other access control points.
• Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, or customers in a professional manner.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, security concerns, or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and other security-related incidents.
• Perform additional site-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Charlotte, NC 28262: (Full-Time)

· Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 1:30pm -10:00pm

· Hours: 40 hours per week

Charlotte, NC 28277: (Full-Time)

· Shift: Sunday 7:00am -7:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00pm – 10:00pm & Saturday 7:00am -7:00pm
· Hours: 39 hours per week

Charlotte, NC 28207: (Full-Time)

· Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00pm – 11:00pm & Saturday 7:00am – 7:00pm

· Hours: 40 hours per week

Charlotte, NC 28262: (Part-Time)

· Shift: Sunday, and Saturday, 10:00am-3:00pm

· Hours: 10 hours per week

Concord, NC 28025: (Part-Time)

· Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 5:00pm -9:30pm

· Hours: 18 hours per week

Fort Mill, SC 29715: (Part-Time)

· Shift: Sunday 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday 5:30pm – 9:30pm, Friday 5:30pm – 9:30pm & Saturday 10:00 – 2:00pm.

· Hours: 16 hours per week

Huntersville, NC 28078: (Part-Time)

· Shift: Sunday 10:00am – 2:30pm, Monday 5:00pm – 9:30pm, Friday 5:00pm – 9:30pm & Saturday 10:00am -2:30pm

· Hours: 18 hours per week

Matthews, NC 28105: (Part-Time)

• Shift: Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Tuesday 5:00pm -10:00pm & Wednesday 5:00pm - 10:00pm
• Hours: 27 hours per week

As a contract security provider, work schedules are based on our clients' operational needs. While we strive to provide consistency whenever possible, some flexibility may be required. Additional hours, overtime opportunities, and schedule adjustments may become available based on client requirements and operational needs.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Compensation is based on the assigned position, licensing requirements, experience, qualifications, certifications, and the specific responsibilities of the assignment.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete all required background screenings and drug testing, when applicable.
• Possess, or be able to obtain, all licenses and certifications required by North Carolina and/or South Carolina for the position.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to stand, walk, and perform routine patrols for extended periods, as required by the assignment.

Additional qualifications may apply depending on the client’s assignment.
