Guidewire Business Analyst (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
Tampa, FL
Core Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
  • Strong experience in at least one module: PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
  • Experience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations or enhancements
  • Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and define functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with development teams on Guidewire configurations and integrations
  • Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution
  • Ensure requirements align with business processes and system capabilities
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Guidewire (any of: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows and data flows
  • Experience with SQL (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and testing processes
Preferred
  • Experience with multiple Guidewire modules
  • Exposure to integrations and system workflows
  • Experience working in enterprise insurance environments
