About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Commercial to lead the global commercial strategy for its Vantage Operating Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation in a highly regulated Pharma Services/CDMO environment. This role requires the definition and execution of a multi-year global commercial strategy, shaping growth priorities, and leading all global commercial functions, including marketing, commercial operations, and account management. The VP, Commercial will also be instrumental in strategic account and portfolio management, M&A commercial integration, and digital commercial transformation. A key aspect of the role is to ensure commercial excellence across the full customer lifecycle and to align growth strategy with operational capacity, regulatory requirements, and capital investment priorities. Candidates for the VP, Commercial position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 20 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in sales and/or marketing roles and 10 years in progressive leadership. The role demands a leader with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, excellent strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of regulatory environments, long-term supply agreements, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and pricing realization, as well as experience in digital commercial transformation and customer-centric culture. The VP, Commercial will be expected to lead a high-performing, diverse commercial organization, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
