About the Role

The Company is in search of a Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior, client-facing technology leader with a focus on helping enterprise organizations define and execute AI strategy, digital transformation, and modern software engineering initiatives. This role is pivotal in partnering with executive stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps, identify AI opportunities, and support strategic customer engagements. Key responsibilities include advising on AI strategy and adoption, leading executive workshops, and identifying AI use cases that deliver measurable business value. The Field CTO will also be instrumental in building trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other executive stakeholders, as well as translating business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps. Applicants for the Field CTO position at the company should have significant experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, technology leadership, or a similar strategic technology role. A strong understanding of enterprise AI, digital transformation, and modern software engineering practices is essential, as is experience with solution architecture and cloud platforms. The role requires a strong software engineering background with proficiency in at least one programming language, and experience in developing proofs of concept, prototypes, and technical demonstrations. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is also a key requirement. The Field CTO will be expected to represent the company in executive meetings, customer workshops, and industry events, and to support AI, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
