A hands-on approach to business development is essential, and the role requires a proven track record in sales, capture, and operational management within the Federal Sector. The Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining business plans, identifying leads, and executing capture strategies. Additionally, the role involves leading the capture and proposal lifecycle, providing operational oversight for secured contracts, and maintaining relationships with government leaders to secure new client opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President / Division Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' of relevant business development experience in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading the capture lifecycle, with at least 5 years' of experience in this area, and a proven track record of driving new revenue through successful proposals.
