Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Overtime: Hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager I to support and manage business projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have 1–6 years of project management or project coordination experience and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role focuses on non-IT business projects and requires strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more business projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Partner with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Provide project guidance and support through successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on business operations or non-IT projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and project status reports.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
