Medical Assistant OR LPN

Looking for a reliable Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team in an outpatient Occupational Health office in Hamilton, Ohio. Hours will be as needed, but consistent and flexible according to clinic schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Perform medication administration under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
- Use medical terminology to accurately document patient information
- Conduct basic patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording patient history
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting and processing specimens
- Administer basic life support in emergency situations
- Assist with X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized medical environment

Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration techniques
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to provide excellent patient care with compassion and empathy
- Skilled in performing basic life support procedures
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs measurements
- Familiarity with X-ray procedures and equipment operation
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
