Job Summary
The Grain Elevator Operator supports daily facility operations by assisting with grain handling, equipment operation, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Job Duties
  • Operate grain handling equipment to move and process grain.
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with receiving shipments.
  • Monitor grain quality and assist with daily elevator operations.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Pay
  • $16.00–$17.00/hour
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • Overtime available during harvest season
Experience & Skill Requirements
  • Previous production, agricultural, warehouse, or equipment operation experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and dressing appropriately for changing weather conditions.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate grain handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to safety and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and working in an active environment.
