Position Highlights

  • Our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center, located just a short distance from Milwaukee, allows you to work during weekdays, enjoy your evenings, and avoid the stress of long weekends on call.
  • Focus exclusively on outpatient pediatric cases involving healthy children and a variety of common procedures.
  • Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time daytime schedule (NO nights, NO weekends, NO on-call duties).
  • Attractive Compensation: $525,000.
  • The facility conducts over 13,000 surgeries annually, including more than 2,300 deliveries.
  • Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service line.
  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and signature.
  • Experience a setting that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients.
  • EPIC EMR System: As the largest user of EPIC in the nation, we ensure an optimized electronic medical record system.

Training and Experience Required

  • Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology.
  • Pediatric fellowship preferred, but substantial experience is acceptable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Pediatric Anesthesia experience is preferred.
