This is a hands-on role for individuals with strong initiative who are ready to perform critical materials testing in the field to support high-quality infrastructure development. Whether you're experienced or looking to get started in this industry, we provide training and growth opportunities for committed team members.<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> $25-35+/hour depending on experience<br><strong>Location:</strong> Phoenix, AZ <br><strong>FLSA Exemption:</strong> Non-Exempt<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Working on Dispatch (Hours may vary)<hr><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong><ul><li>Perform routine field testing of construction materials (e.g., soils, concrete, asphalt)<li>Verify conformance to construction plans and specifications<li>Accurately complete daily reports and datasheets<li>Follow procedures and safety standards in all field activities<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor<li>Travel to job sites using company or personal vehicle</ul><hr><strong>What you have:</strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent<li>Valid driver's license (required)<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions<li>Ability to pass a drug screening<li>Strong initiative and attention to detail</ul><hr><strong>What will make you stand out:</strong><ul><li>ACI certification in Soils, Concrete, or Asphalt; ATTI certification <li>Previous experience with field testing on construction projects<li>Clear and accurate documentation skills<li>Dependable and safety-conscious work habits</ul><hr><strong>Preferred Certification(s):</strong><ul><li>ICC Certifications</ul>PandoLogic.
