LPN- Ocean - DSL Kindly Direct Care
Hiring Immediately- licensed practical nurse in Brick, NJ! 40 hours/week! Mon-Fri 5 or 6 pm-10 pm, Sat and Sun- 10 am-6 pm!
You can do either some or all of these hours for part-time or full-time!

Job Description: As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and assisting with daily medical needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the healthcare team
Assisting with patient assessments and care plans
Providing emotional support and education to patients and families
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in NJ
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
