Operations Triage Specialist-Owings Mills MD

Location: Owings Mills MD Duration: 6 months US Citizen, GC Holder and EAD

The Operations Triage Specialist is responsible for the daily computer systems operations as well as the timely and accurate processing of information through computer systems.

• Monitors of all the computer systems for problems, running programs online, and submitting jobs.
• Assists in reboots and IPL's and possesses a good working knowledge of both hardware and software applications and oversees staff in the operation of various peripheral devices.
