The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities necessary to support the area to which they are assigned in the classroom. Essential duties and responsibilities include safety of stockroom & classroom, receiving storage & rotation of supplies, self-directed, efficient, good communication skills, functions as an effective team member, and must be able to multi-task efficiently.
Knowledge and skills include the ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as correspondence, surveys and electronic media. Ability to write professional communications, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, ability to complete and apply basic mathematics concepts, ability to respond to questions from individuals and groups.
Physical demands include sitting and talking or hearing, standing, walking, operating duplicating machines and computer equipment, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally attend meetings, conferences, or workshops and events at other sites as assigned.
