<p><strong>Territory Account Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br />This pivotal role involves cultivating strong relationships with firms, utilities, and key stakeholders while promoting advanced technical sealing solutions for critical infrastructure projects. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own and grow key strategic accounts across the assigned territory.</li><li>Build and deepen relationships with EPC partners, utilities, engineers, and other project decision-makers/influencers.</li><li>Lead business development efforts across power generation, transmission & distribution, renewables, substations, HVDC, and emerging energy segments (solar, wind, and battery storage).</li><li>Maintain a healthy, active pipeline and consistently deliver against (and above) revenue goals.</li><li>Conduct technical presentations and support a consultative, value-based selling process.</li><li>Leverage CRM to document activity, manage opportunities, and produce accurate forecasts and customer follow-through.</li><li>Monitor market dynamics to identify new projects, competitive shifts, and territory expansion opportunities.</li><li>Partner with engineering, inside sales, and support teams to develop and deliver customer-specific solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of B2B technical or project sales experience.</li><li>Proven experience selling into EPCs, utilities, industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets is preferred.</li><li>Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic accounts effectively.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.</li></ul>Pandologic.
