Mary Peltola for Senate: National Fundraising Finance Assistant

Alaskans for Mary is seeking a Finance Assistant for the 2026 campaign cycle to assist in our strong and growing fundraising program. This is a full-time, paid position perfect for someone interested in starting their career and learning more about Democratic campaigns and fundraising. The position is based in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with call time preparation
• Identifying and researching potential new supporters
• Compiling briefings and event materials
• Provide key administrative and organizational support for the finance team
• Staffing events as needed
• Donor outreach
• Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented self-starter with an interest in democratic fundraising
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Experience working in NGP and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets are preferred

This position will be a hybrid of in-person work and potential campaign-related travel. This position is located in Anchorage, Alaska, and will require relocation. The salary for this full-time position will be $5,000/month, and the campaign will provide a healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.
