Nathan Johnson For Texas Attorney General: Finance Assistant

The Nathan Johnson campaign for Texas Attorney General is hiring a Finance Assistant. The Finance Assistant is responsible for day-to-day fundraising program operations. This will be a full time position based in Austin, Texas and will involve travel around the state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare call lists in advance for call time, including research of donor giving history, contact information, and other relevant information
• Coordinate with the finance team in maintaining databases
• Support list building, logistics, and staff fundraising events
• Report call time progress to leadership

Requirements

• Must have access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekends
• Familiarity with Texas politics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred experience

• Fundraising experience (campaign or nonprofit)
• Familiarity with any Numero, ActBlue, Google Sheets, and/or other data management and project management programs
