Job SummaryThe Finance Director serves as the senior financial leader under the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and is responsible for the organization's day-to-day financial operations. This position oversees payroll, monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting support, financial analysis, financial compliance, and the integrity of ERC's financial records. The Finance Director prepares timely financial reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors and works closely with the CAO to support the organization's financial management and operational goals.
Supervisory Responsibility
No direct supervisory responsibilities. The Finance Director serves as the senior finance position under the Chief Administrative Officer and provides leadership for the organization's financial operations.
