Key responsibilities for the Associate General Counsel include negotiating and managing various commercial agreements, advising on employment and people-related matters, and ensuring legal compliance in all activities. The role also involves developing and maintaining legal processes, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and championing an AI-first mindset. The candidate should be adept at cross-functional collaboration, strategic support, and have a proven track record of building trusted relationships. While not mandatory, experience in e-commerce, technology companies, and a background in privacy, compliance, or risk management is preferred.
