Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday | 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Roseville, CA
Pay: $20.00–$26.00/hour DOE
Job Description:
Express Employment is seeking a Event Logistics Coordinator for a tradeshow and events organization in the Roseville area. This is a 100% warehouse-based role with no travel required. The Tradeshow Warehouse Coordinator will oversee event inventory and logistics operations, ensuring all tradeshow equipment, exhibits, graphics, and promotional materials are accurately tracked, prepared, shipped, received, and reconciled following each event. This position reports directly to the Tradeshow and Events Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all tradeshow equipment, booth structures, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking within the company's inventory management system.
- Pick, pack, crate, and stage exhibits and event materials for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries to event venues.
- Inspect returned assets, coordinate repairs as needed, and restock inventory while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations, logistics, or event support experience.
- Advanced experience with QAD or similar ERP/Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
- Forklift certification and experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with freight shipping, bills of lading, crating techniques, and customs clearance processes preferred.
