Job Summary
As a General Laborer, you will assist with daily grain elevator operations by loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean facility, and supporting the safe movement and handling of grain products. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors, including in and around grain bins and elevators.

Job Duties
  • Load and unload grain trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean grain, mill scrap, and other work areas.
  • Assist with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Work in and around grain bins and grain elevators while following all safety procedures.
  • Support daily operations as needed to keep production running efficiently.
Pay
  • $17.00–$18.00 per hour
  • Overtime opportunities available during harvest season.
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
  • Must be available to work up to 12-hour shifts during harvest season, including overtime as needed.
Experience & Skill Requirements
  • At least 6 months of general labor, warehouse, agriculture, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must not be afraid of heights and be able to work around grain elevators and bins.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during harvest season.
