Role Overview Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range of $150,000 - $200,000 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted New York license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain Open to new grad of experienced PMHNPs or Psych PAs Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
