<p ><b>Come create your career with Volt!</b></p> <p ><b>Volt is immediately hiring a 1st Shift Manufacturing Customer Service Representative in Rio Rancho, NM.</b></p> <p><b>As a Manufacturing Customer Service Rep. you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and submit customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner</li> <li>Process new customer orders and ensure all order details are entered correctly</li> <li>Track and schedule customer orders to meet production and delivery requirements</li> <li>Process engineering and customer change orders as needed</li> <li>Coordinate tool receipts and shipments for customer-owned tools and mylars</li> <li>Process customer shipments and ensure accurate shipping documentation</li> <li>Submit customer invoices and assist with billing-related activities</li> <li>Create and maintain customer accounts and records within company systems</li> <li>Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently</li> <li>Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation and records related to customer orders and activities</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a full-time, Temp to Hire position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.</b></p> <p><b>Manufacturing CSR candidates must meet the following requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li> <li>Previous customer service, order processing, administrative, or manufacturing support experience preferred</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel</li> <li>Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines</li> <li>Strong customer service and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay for this position is $18/hr</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
